Stephen leads the Research and Development programs for chemistry and software along with responsibility for manufacturing and process operations. Stephen joined Water Lens in late 2020 with an original focus on sales to the Oil and Gas market. Stephen has broad experience ranging from synthesis of new molecules through commercialization, marketing and sales of chemical products and services. After finishing his PhD at the University of Nevada under the Vince Catalano, Stephen began his career as a corrosion inhibitor development chemist at ChampionX (formerly Nalco/Ondeo Nalco). Through his career he has spent time as a Product Line Marketer, Business Development Manager, Regional Technical Services Manager, and Strategy Development Manager before coming back to the Technology/R&D world.
